Hancock & Brown (Holdings) Ltd, have acquired a site with full planning permission adjacent to Audi Sinclair opposite McDonalds at Langdon Road SA1, this is just off Fabian Way the main route into Swansea.

Site is 2.98 acres approx / outlined in red.

Two rafts were entered in this years raft race, one based on Scooby Doo and The Mystery Machine who came in a very respectable 3rd.

The Thunderbirds raft came in a disappointing 46th.

Hancock & Brown (Timber) Ltd have increased their delivery trucks from 6 to 8; in order to offer an improved delivery service on jumbo bags & concrete blocks.

This years theme was Pirates Of The Cari beano, featuring Wayne (Dennis The Menace), Kyle (The Teacher), Ian (Minnie The Minx), Vince (Erbert), Russ (Plug), Steve Wright (Walter), Darren (Billy Whizz) and Andrew (Danny).

All the staff had a fantastic time raising money for the RNLI at this years raft race; 2 rafts were entered but as usual expectations of finishing in the top 3 were over optimistic.

However a second place for fancy dress was awarded to The Pirates raft.

Raft 1 captained by Dennis (Wayne Glover) sank twice, mainly due to one of the crew being overweight. Raft 2 wasn't captained by anyone and therefore no one knew where they were going, the raft also started falling apart before entering the water.

Both teams raised a respectable total of £595.00 for the RNLI
